It's May Morning today, and a lovely one it is too!

I got up early (4am ish) and drove to the Water Eaton Park & Ride in Kidlington, from there I cycled to the High St and perched myself on the wall outside Magdalen College. I arrived a bit early really (before 5.30am) but it's a great spot for some people watching, and there is always the opportunity to engage some disheveled revellers in some stimulating conversation.

It was a bit chilly this morning, I think shorts were probably a poor choice all things considered, but I soon warmed up by cycling back to Kidlington after the choir did their stuff. I think I might get myself some gloves before I attempt an early morning ride again.

An early rise, vigorous exercise, a lovely sunrise, choral music and some good (for the most part) company... not a bad way to start a Tuesday!
