Happy New Year to all of youse. I've not been out tonight but it's gone 3am and I'm still here with only Jacob's Creek and Stinky Cheese for company... Diet starts again in earnest tomorrow which is fine because I'm not as much as a bloater as I once was and I have an undercurrent of rage that is ripe to see me through any new exercise regime.
