	Saturday, January 13, 2007 I worked again today in the weekend job, I was a spare driver which meant that from 4am to 9.30am I sat and did nothing until a job came in. I only had one delivery to make, to the Grosvenor Hotel on Park Lane in London. I didn't see any movie stars but then I suppose they are unlikely to be lending a hand in the loading bay... I think this weekend work has been helping the finances, Christmas wasn't the struggle it normally is and, although we're not rolling in it, we have enough cash to tide us over. The weekend after next we are of to Alicante from Saturday to Monday to see the inlaws, looking forward to that and quite pleased that we managed to get tickets for all of us for £105 (actually £0.01 each way per person plus tax etc) - Steve, 10:09 PM, Saturday, January 06, 2007 Wow, this photo is excellent! I think one day when it's a bit lighter in the evenings I might check my bike in the car and explore a bit further along the route. - Steve, 12:09 AM, Tuesday, January 02, 2007 Today was sort of my first day back at work, I say sort of because I had to take the car for a service first thing and then I worked from home. I didn't really have a whole lot to do today so in the afternoon I took Clare and Georgia to Milton Keynes so that they could do a bit of shopping and I went for a decent stroll around Campbell Park. I was really impressed with the park, I didn't know it was there but I looked under "places of interest" on the Sat Nav and decided to give it a try. I'll go back next time the girls want to go shopping again and have another lap... I'll also try to remember the camera! - Steve, 4:41 PM, Arses. I've just been told that my car was "caught" on 8th December doing "something" in Northamptonshire... It's all very vague because it's the leasing company talking to my employer, I'm sure it's something simple like triggering a speed camera but I'll have to wait and see. - Steve, 11:00 AM, Monday, January 01, 2007 Happy New Year to all of youse. I've not been out tonight but it's gone 3am and I'm still here with only Jacob's Creek and Stinky Cheese for company... Diet starts again in earnest tomorrow which is fine because I'm not as much as a bloater as I once was and I have an undercurrent of rage that is ripe to see me through any new exercise regime. - Steve, 3:12 AM,
