We went for a bit of a drive tonight, partly to stave off boredom but mainly because I think we all needed an "aircon moment".

While driving through Oxford I saw a young woman with (what looked like) pretty serious head injuries. There were plenty of police officers with her and I could see an ambulance and a Fast Response Unit (FRU) on the way.

She was concious, sat on the kerb holding a wad of bandages to her head, but she had a white top on that was almost completly covered in the blood which was pouring down her face and neck in torrents.

I hope she is OK, I feel quite haunted by what I saw.
