I had breakfast in the garden this morning, on the big trampoline (not bouncing, just sitting/lying!). I had some decent coffee and read a couple of chapters of my new book*.

Even at around 10am it's already too hot for me to be out there, fortunately the kitchen is pretty bearable.... If it wasn't for the pile of washing-up I am about to tackle.

* Too hot to sleep last night (an early evening nap didn't help) so I went out in the car for a drive, I do love climate control. Ended up at the motorway services at around 1am for coffee and bought the book on impulse.
