Just realised that it's been a long time since the last Beardy Update. Well, I haven't had a shave since March, that's pretty good going!

Although I no longer shave as such, I do keep myself from becoming a ZZ-Top-a-like by some regular trimming action. What I* tend to do is trim hair and beard at the same time to the same length; grade 1 on the clippers. This actually produces quite a satisfactory result and because hair and beard grow at the same rate it continues to look quite tidy for a couple of weeks.

There have been times when I've been tempted to have a proper shave, but all things considered, I think I like having a well maintained beard!
