Tomorrow I'm going to start exercising every day and eating healthy food, I keep starting well and losing a stone or so and then giving up in spectacular style, this time I'm going to try even harder than usual.
The reason for all this is that in exactly a year from tomorrow we are going on holiday to Florida again and I'm determined that I'm going to be a fit and healthy Daddy ready to get my kit off in those water parks (well, some of my kit off...). Last time we went was '99 and although I could have done with losing a few pounds (several maybe) I had a good time and did everything I wanted to, if I went tomorrow I'm sure I wouldn't get the most out of the trip because I'd feel self conscious and just plain
tired.
