If you ever find yourself in the position of writing "phishing" emails, firstly make sure you can spell or use a spell checker and at least attempt to observe the basic rules of grammar. I'm no expert in these fields (as you'll probably have noticed) but if you're trying to fool someone that you're representing a major corporation then schoolboy errors are going to let you down straight away.
