Ikea flat-pack houses. This seems like a practical solution to the housing problem in this country, we have more demand than supply for properties so prices are sky high. We need a modern approach to providing cheap, quality housing and this sort of thing looks ideal to me.

Pre-fabricated houses were popular after the second world war, many are still here. While pre-fab houses from the 50's might not be appealing to buyers today I bet that a modern take on the same idea would be, I'd be interested!
