Even when I'm "in shape" I'm a bit of an "odd shape", I'm a large build with a big head, shoulders and chest, it makes finding a well fitting suit a bit of a challenge...

I don't wear a suit every day although I normally do wear a shirt and tie, if I did wear one more often I think I would get myself a couple of bespoke suits but that normally means laying out a whole stack of cash.

Dress2kill seem to offer a good service, they will visit you to measure up and then deliver in 4-6 weeks. I might give them a try one of these days.
