This story about a World War II pillbox being sold at auction caught my eye, I've been to Burgh Island years ago and was fascinated by the way that it's only an Island part of the time (when the tide comes in). I can see the appeal of buying the place, possibly not all that family friendly though, I'll keep dreaming!
