The healthy eating plan is still going well (but then it's only day two..) with no crap food consumed today either. According to the trusty scales I have lost a couple of pounds already but then I guess there is always a certain amount of fluctuation naturally, that's why it's probably best to do a weigh-in once a week.
I think I would find keeping some sort of log of exactly what I eat each day quite helpful, not sure this is the place for it though. Maybe I should start a "getting in shape blog" somewhere else as I'm fairly sure that writing about how it's going will provide me with just that little extra motivation to keep going.
