Clare and I have been married for five years today. On some levels it feels like it has been longer, we've been through loads together, both good and bad, on another level it almost seems like yesterday that we were saying "I do" in the grounds of a Florida Hotel.

We are still best mates, that's what you need more than anything, proper teamwork and real love.
