If Arsenal played Manchester United and the score was fifty-nil, you would think something strange had gone on wouldn't you? That is the effect Hutton Report has had on me, I just can't believe that the Government came out of it with no criticism at all. I wonder if the Government are surprised and relieved, or was this preordained in some way (and I'm not talking x-files)
