I did take last week off and it was great, I really needed a break and a chance to just take it easy. We had a great time in Brussels too, we really could have used a few more days there though.

I came back to work on Monday feeling reasonably refreshed, it lasted for a couple of hours. It's been a busy week, on Wednesday I went to a trade exhibition in Manchester (as an exhibitor) it was a good day but I really could have done without getting up at 4.30am to get there. I was in Crewe on Tuesday so I really should have stayed in a hotel in the area, it just didn't occur to me at the time!
