Spotted this on a properety rental website:

"ideal for single or couple wanting a quiet home with all local the local conveniences of Lainton, including two post offices, two public houses, private local bitchers, and schools."

Firstly the village is Launton not Lainton, not sure if the local bitchers was a typo or not though!
