I started this job in March, it seems much longer than eight months. I
think I have only taken two days off as holiday since starting here (working
from home doesn't count).
I'm starting to feel like I need a break, I'm not particularly stressed out,
things are at last running smoothly around here, I think I would be able to
relax and enjoy some time at home sometime soon.

There is a lot of decorating and stuff to do at home, it seems a shame to
take time off work and spend it painting and tiling. I suppose the only
good side is that I get more of a sense of achievement after decorating a
room than I ever manage to get from my job. That can't be a good thing can
it?
